How does our screening work?

We have developed a specific and thorough method to screen sales, marketing and the synergy between both.

The screening includes 4 activities: Planning, Lead Management, Sales Cycle Management and Customer Retention. For each of  these activities, 4 aspects are screened: strategy, processes, resources and execution.

16 domains are evaluated and get a score. This detailed screening is a good basis for the feasibility study and gap analysis.
